It was a tragic sight as eleven persons were confirmed dead in an accident that happened on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Okhuahe, a surbub community in Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area of Edo State. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) says it has arraigned a staff member of the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS), Aliyu Umar, and a staff member of a first-generation commercial bank, Ambrose Idama, over their alleged involvement in fraud valued at over N336 million.
