Two Wanted Over Murder of FRSC officer, Daughter

The Osun State Police Command has declared two men, Faturoti Kehinde and Adumati Idowu, wanted for their alleged involvement in the murder of late Federal Road Safety Corps officer, Lasisi Funmilayo, and her daughter, Sewa, sometime in November 2025.

The 38-year-old Lasisi and her daughter, aged 10, were reported missing on the morning of Sunday, November 2, 2025, after they left their residence at the Obasanjo Hilltop Estate, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, and never returned.

Victor Fajemirokun, the boyfriend of the deceased, was later arrested and paraded alongside two herbalists, Gboyega Daramola and Sunday James, at the headquarters of the Osun State Police Command in Osogbo in connection with the crime.

Providing an update on the matter in a public notice signed by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Abiodun Ojelabi, obtained in Osogbo on Friday, the police gave personal features of Faturoti, also known as Fagorite, describing him as 36 years old, “dark in complexion, white teeth, 1.7m tall, pointed nose, oblong head, black hair and Yoruba by tribe.”

The police further said the second suspect, Adumati, from Ijurin-Ekiti, Ekiti State, about 38 years old, “is dark in complexion with white teeth and 1.7m tall, has pointed nose, oblong head, black hair and Yoruba by tribe

The command said the two men are wanted regarding their roles in the murder of Lasisi and her daughter and called for information that could lead to their arrest.

The notice further read, “Faturoti Kehinde a.k.a Fagorite is about 36 years old, dark in complexion, white teeth, 1.7m tall, pointed nose, oblong head, black hair and Yoruba by tribe. Suspect is wanted for a case of murder of Mrs Lasisi Funmilayo Oluwamayokun ‘f’ aged 38 years and Lasisi Sewa ‘f’ aged 10 years.

Anybody that harbours the suspect will be treated by the police as accomplice to the crime highlighted above. Anybody having useful information as to his whereabouts will be handsomely rewarded.
