Police in California have arrested a suspect following a shooting incident outside the residence of American R&B star Chris Brown.
The incident occurred early Saturday morning near the singer’s home in the San Fernando Valley. Law enforcement officers responded to reports of gunfire and discovered a victim with injuries that were not life-threatening.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) confirmed that a suspect was taken into custody shortly after the incident. While investigations are ongoing, preliminary reports suggest the shooting took place during a gathering at or near the property.
Chris Brown, who has faced several security challenges at his residence in the past, was reportedly home at the time of the incident. However, officials confirmed that the singer was not harmed and was not directly involved in the altercation.
